My first computer I ever bought for myself many years ago was an IBM. That was when you had to use DOS for everthing and whenever anything went wrong it was really frustrating.
As the years went on I owned a number of IBM clones and when Windows came along it certainly made everything better.
Eventually, I bought a couple of Gateway computers and a couple of Dells and a couple of other types.
The thing that was always frustrating with all of these computers was when something went wrong and many of my computers got infected with viruses.
The day I bought my 17" Apple MacBook Pro was like being born again. In addition to being so much fun to use I have not had a single problem with it. It runs faster than any of the PCs I've ever owned and contrary to what I thought I've been able to get any kind of software I wanted for it. I got my MacBook Pro on eBay and I got a great price.
